Homemade bread

This past Sunday I finally fulfilled the desire I have been having to make some homemade bread.

I also wanted to use my new mixer *Grin* ( A big thank you to my in-laws!)

So I got busy and whipped some up...

I made one round because I only have one loaf pan... I liked it better - more crust! I added more seasoning and olive oil too!

Only problem is, as of this morning it's gone! Guess that means the hubby likes it!
