Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself;
is not puffed up; does not behave rudely; does not seek it's own, is not provoked,
thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
Bears all things, Believes all things, Hopes all things, Endures all things. Love never fails.~ 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Sea Food Surprise

A while back I was able to spend the evening with our family. :-) Tim had to work so he took me to his parents so I didn't have be at home alone.

Here are some pictures from the evening!

Chess time!

Her goggles proceeded to fog up after this

Daniel showing me his skills

He's good!

Natalie being her cute self! ;-)

And here is the gumbo (affectionately named sea food surprise by Mark)

I know you want some...

It actually wasn't that bad, but they said it could have been better

I love this kid

This one too!

Shh! I must concentrate!

Talking on the phone with his wifey

Aww!

I love her poses!

Natalie had the camera at this point and Daniel was getting tired of the pictures

Of course I had to bring the camera to the table to get all the funny faces I knew everyone would be making

She's not so sure

Chris didn't even attempt to try it

Natalie ate the rice and that was about it!

Nick didn't care, he was tired dirty and hungry after work... did I mention dirty?

We had yummy challah bread to go with it...

Nostril shot! Gotta love it.. and her!

Beautiful Courtney

Then Natalie and I got into a intense game of Go Fish (Or go Pooh in this case)

The sweet glasses helped her win, I'm sure of it!

Chris helping us stare each other down

Break time... gotta stretch

I love it when she does her lips like this

He heard someone mention ice cream. Classic!

Sweet Courtney finishing up cleaning the kitchen with the beautiful sunset in front of her!

Pumpkin Patch

Fall is finally here, even though it's a Texas fall. (There is a difference I'm told)
Salli and I wanted to get out of the house for a bit so we went to a pumpkin patch down the road... She is a shy little thing most of the time so she wasn't so sure about all those orange things.

What am I supposed to do again?

Touch the pumpkin's sweetie, It's okay!

Good girl, they don't bite!

She started kicking it like a ball after this...

Not sure what happened to this guy

I bring the child to a fun pumpkin patch and she plays with the caution tap!! Of course!

Baby ones

Running...

She was trying to walk across them

No sweetheart, don't walk across them (even though it was funny)

We hold them and play with them

Finally got her to sit on them... you'd think she had heard a story of a pumpkin eating little girls

These things are not so bad

Did I mention I love Fall

Rolling it off

Haha, that was fun..

The only thing that would have made this better was some nice 70 degree weather to go with our fall fun! But like I said, it's Texas, and that's just the way we roll...
