Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself;
is not puffed up; does not behave rudely; does not seek it's own, is not provoked,
thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
Bears all things, Believes all things, Hopes all things, Endures all things. Love never fails.~ 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Happy Valentine's Day!

How blessed am I - That I get to be loved by this man! This man who loves me with a Christ like love, who provides for me, protects me, prays for me, stands up for me, spoils me, listens to me, makes me laugh when I'm feeling down, but knows when to just hold me quietly...  He loves the Lord more than he loves me and I am perfectly okay with that, without that relationship we would be pulling from our own strength to love each other, instead of getting our strength from the Lord- The Creator and Giver of love!

1 John 3:16  This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

I do not deserve love like that... None of us do! But yet, Jesus gives us that kind of mind blowing love every single day. 365 days a year!! Even when we don't deserve it.

1 Corinthians 13:4–8a
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails …
Love: "Deliberately putting yourself in a position to sacrificially meet the needs of others."
1 Peter 4:8
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.

Colossians 3:14
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

                                                       Tim, I love you - Today, and every day...

                                           Grow old with me the best is yet to come.

With a full and joyful heart,
K
